You have a strong background in solutions engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role. Your expertise in API integration and automation allows you to effectively communicate the value of SaaS solutions to potential customers. You are skilled at building relationships with clients and understand their business needs, enabling you to tailor solutions that drive results. Your technical acumen is complemented by excellent communication skills, allowing you to present complex concepts in an accessible manner.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales leadership and account executives to evangelize Tines' offerings. Your ability to understand customer pain points and articulate how Tines can address them is key to your success. You are comfortable navigating technical discussions and can engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals through innovative automation solutions.
What you'll do
As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Tines, you will play a critical role in the pre-sales process, partnering with account executives to identify and engage potential customers. You will leverage your product knowledge to demonstrate how Tines' intelligent workflow platform can integrate with existing technology stacks, providing seamless automation without the need for coding.
