You are adept at designing future-state architectures that integrate product analytics, marketing insights, and customer experience data in secure environments.

What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of technical leadership across CX AI opportunities in the US, partnering with sales to shape deal strategies and customer outcomes. You will run structured discovery workshops to surface business goals, technical constraints, regulatory considerations, and success metrics. Your expertise will guide the design of future-state architectures that combine product analytics, marketing insights, and customer experience data within secure, compliant environments.
You will deliver tailored demonstrations that highlight Amplitudeβs AI capabilities, helping customers understand how to leverage the platform for their specific needs. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and that solutions are effectively implemented. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical offerings, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of AI analytics.
