You have a strong background in backend engineering, with experience in developing and deploying AI solutions that enhance customer interactions. Your expertise in integration architecture allows you to effectively manage the lifecycle of AI deployments, ensuring they meet production-ready standards. You are fluent in Russian, which enables you to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
You thrive in high-ownership roles where you can directly influence how AI is integrated into real-world business operations. Your collaborative nature allows you to work closely with senior engineers, defining technical standards and delivery approaches that align with business goals. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead end-to-end integration delivery, from scoping and design to development, testing, and deployment. You will ensure that all solutions meet business requirements and adhere to production-ready standards. Collaborating with the Lead Engineer, you will manage the integration lifecycle by defining requirements, structuring tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery.
You will also engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications. Your role will involve building integrations that are central to customersβ revenue operations, helping large accounts and partners adopt AI at scale. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the integration process, ensuring a seamless experience for users.
