You are proactive in your approach, taking ownership of building new services such as dedicated racks and colocations. You are familiar with risk assessments and can implement effective mitigation strategies. You have experience preparing technical reports and sharing status updates with your team, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed. You prioritize maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations, and ensuring that infrastructure meets customer requirements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, delivering, and maintaining datacenter infrastructure for both internal and external customers. You will conduct inspections on power and cooling systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. You will take ownership of building new services, including dedicated racks and colocation setups, while also managing hardware and software updates. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving tickets, working closely with different support teams to ensure timely solutions.

You will participate in capacity planning and project management around the relocation of servers, collaborating with other datacenters of Leaseweb to ensure seamless operations. You will also be responsible for preparing technical reports and sharing status updates with your team, fostering a culture of transparency and communication. Your commitment to maintaining a safe work environment will be paramount, as you follow established standards and procedures to comply with legal regulations.
