You have 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, where you've built and maintained scalable infrastructure that supports high availability and performance. Your expertise in cloud services, particularly AWS, has enabled you to design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines that streamline deployment processes.

You possess strong skills in containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes. Your familiarity with Linux systems allows you to troubleshoot and optimize server performance effectively. You understand the importance of security in DevOps and have implemented best practices to safeguard infrastructure.

You are proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, enabling you to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources. Your experience with monitoring and logging tools ensures that you can maintain system health and respond to incidents promptly.

You thrive in cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure with application development. Your communication skills allow you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.

What you'll do

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at lemon.markets, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our infrastructure. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers to build and maintain a reliable and scalable Brokerage-as-a-Service platform. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines that facilitate rapid deployment of new features and updates.

You will work on optimizing our cloud infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency, ensuring that our services remain available and responsive to user demands. Your role will involve automating processes to reduce manual intervention and improve operational efficiency.

You will also be responsible for monitoring system performance and implementing alerting mechanisms to proactively address potential issues. Your expertise will guide the team in adopting best practices for security and compliance, particularly in the context of financial services.

In addition to technical responsibilities, you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their roles. You will participate in design reviews and contribute to architectural discussions, ensuring that our infrastructure evolves to meet the needs of our partners and customers.
