What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager & Site Lead, you will play a dual role in leading engineering and site operations. You will hire and guide a team of engineers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver critical functionality for Lendbuzz's platform. You will establish foundational engineering processes that promote collaboration and high performance, setting the stage for long-term growth in the Buenos Aires office. You will also shape the strategic direction of Lendbuzz's engineering presence in Argentina, contributing to global technology leadership.

You will be responsible for mentoring engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring that the team adheres to best practices in software development. You will collaborate closely with other teams to align engineering efforts with business goals and customer needs. As the site scales, you will have the opportunity to oversee multiple teams and functions, making a significant impact on the organization.
