What you'll do

In this role, you will own the home journey from inspection to move-in — taking each assigned home through inspections, repairs, quality assurance, photography, and listing. You will translate inspection findings into actionable tasks, coordinating with contractors and managing schedules to ensure timely execution. Your structured and organized nature will be crucial as you manage multiple homes simultaneously, ensuring that each one meets Belong's quality standards before hitting the critical path.

You will be responsible for managing revenues executed and timelines, ensuring that every step reflects Belong's commitment to quality. Your ability to re-sequence work on the fly and jump on details when needed will be essential in maintaining momentum until keys are handed over to residents. You will work closely with various stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed throughout the process.
