What you'll do

In this role, you will help execute data science strategies and roadmaps to address business challenges through analytics and AI/ML models. You will collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to understand objectives and develop analytic models that provide actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include communicating complex analytic solutions clearly to business stakeholders and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

You will take on a leadership position, guiding junior team members and ensuring the successful implementation of advanced analytics solutions. Your role will involve hands-on design, development, and deployment of predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and AI solutions. You will monitor the performance and outcomes of models, refining them for optimized performance.
