Who you are

You have a strong background in growth marketing with at least 5 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns. Your analytical mindset allows you to interpret data effectively, driving decisions that enhance user acquisition and conversion rates. You are familiar with various digital marketing tools, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads, and have a proven track record of optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. You understand the importance of user experience and are committed to creating strategies that resonate with target audiences. You are adaptable and open to learning, always seeking to improve your skills and knowledge in the ever-evolving landscape of digital marketing.

Desirable

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization techniques will set you apart. A background in mobile app marketing is also beneficial, given Life360's focus on app-based services.
