You have a strong background in B2B digital marketing, particularly in managing paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta and LinkedIn. Your analytical skills allow you to measure and optimize campaigns effectively, ensuring that you meet key performance indicators such as cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA). What you'll do

You will manage campaigns on platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn, ensuring they are optimized for performance and aligned with the company's growth objectives. Your role will involve analyzing campaign performance data to identify trends and insights, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that enhance campaign effectiveness. You will collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content that resonates with potential providers. Additionally, you will work closely with the analytics team to track key metrics and report on campaign performance, providing insights that inform future marketing strategies. You will also engage in A/B testing to refine messaging and targeting, ensuring that your campaigns are as effective as possible. Your contributions will play a crucial role in expanding Headway's network of mental health providers, ultimately helping to improve access to mental health care for individuals across the country.
