Who you are
You have a strong background in consumer insights and market research, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights that inform product strategy. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the voice of the family is represented in all aspects of product development. You are passionate about understanding consumer behavior and translating that knowledge into impactful marketing strategies. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. You are comfortable working in a remote-first environment and are adept at managing projects and timelines effectively.
What you'll do
As the Global Consumer Insights Lead, you will lead high-stakes strategic research initiatives that shape the product roadmap for Life360. You will collaborate with the Head of Product Marketing to ensure that consumer insights are integrated into marketing strategies and product development processes. Your role will involve conducting qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing consumer trends, and presenting findings to the marketing team and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for defining key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will work closely with product teams to ensure that consumer feedback is incorporated into product enhancements and new features. Your insights will help Life360 continue to innovate and deliver value to its users, enhancing family life through technology.
