Life360 is hiring a Senior People Technology Analyst to support scalable, data-driven people programs across the employee lifecycle. You'll work closely with leaders and employees to enhance operational processes. This role is remote within the United States.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in people operations, ideally with experience in technology systems that support HR functions. Your analytical skills allow you to derive insights from data, helping to inform decisions that enhance the employee experience. You are comfortable working in a remote-first environment and can effectively communicate with team members across various locations.
You understand the importance of operational excellence and have a track record of implementing processes that improve efficiency and compliance. Your collaborative nature enables you to partner with leaders and employees to deliver impactful people programs. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, always looking for ways to innovate and improve.
What you'll do
In this role, you will report to the Director of People Operations and be responsible for managing core operational processes related to onboarding, employee experience, and compliance. You will analyze data to provide insights that drive improvements in workforce operations. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will ensure that the people programs are scalable and meet the needs of the organization.
You will also play a key role in enhancing the employee lifecycle by developing and implementing strategies that support employee engagement and retention. Your focus will be on leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve the overall employee experience. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that people operations align with the company's mission and values.
