SolarWinds is seeking a Senior People Technology Analyst to partner with the People team and internal stakeholders on HR business processes. This role requires expertise in project planning and data integrity management.

Your experience includes providing guidance on HR business processes, from design to execution, ensuring that you maintain a systems-oriented approach. What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with the People team to create project plans and ensure adherence to project schedules. You will serve as a subject matter expert, focusing on data integrity and testing system changes. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities and supporting all human capital management systems upgrades and technical projects. You will work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning, ensuring that the People team is equipped with the best tools and processes to succeed.
