Life360 is seeking a Senior Director of eCommerce and DTC to lead and scale global efforts across commerce channels. You'll drive growth for their device businesses and collaborate with various teams. This role requires extensive experience in eCommerce strategy and execution.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in eCommerce and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) strategies, with at least 8-10 years of experience in leading teams and driving growth in a digital environment. Your expertise in managing cross-functional teams and your ability to analyze market trends will be key to your success in this role. You are comfortable working in a remote-first environment and have experience in scaling eCommerce operations globally.

You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at using data to inform decision-making. Your experience with various eCommerce platforms and tools will enable you to optimize the customer journey and enhance user experience. You are a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with business goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end strategy for Life360's eCommerce and DTC ecosystem, focusing on driving growth for their device businesses. You will collaborate closely with the VP of Journey Marketing to execute initiatives that enhance customer acquisition and retention. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the performance of owned and third-party commerce channels, ensuring that all efforts align with the company's mission to keep families connected.

You will lead a team of professionals dedicated to optimizing the customer experience across all digital touchpoints. This includes analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance conversion rates. You will also work with product and marketing teams to develop campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
