You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in commercial strategy, ideally with over 10 years of experience in a leadership role. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to dissect complex data and derive actionable insights that drive revenue growth. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to align goals and strategies. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels. You have a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs, which informs your strategic decisions. You are passionate about fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, ensuring that all voices are heard and valued.
Desirable
Experience in a technology-driven company is a plus, as is familiarity with subscription-based business models. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of Life360's commercial strategy, working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and various revenue teams. You will identify cross-team opportunities that can accelerate growth and enhance customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on commercial objectives. You will also be responsible for setting performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success of commercial initiatives. Regularly, you will present findings and recommendations to the executive team, influencing the overall direction of the company. You will mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
