What you'll do

As the Manager of Power Systems Design Engineering, you will oversee the development and prototyping of multiple power systems sub-systems. You will lead a team of 1-3 design engineers, guiding them through the design process and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include developing solar arrays, custom power systems junction boxes, and propulsion systems, as well as managing the initial testing phases of these components.

You will collaborate closely with other engineering teams to integrate power systems into the overall design of the electric recreational vehicle. This will involve regular communication and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the vehicle's design align with performance goals. You will also be responsible for mentoring your team members, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers.
