What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the design and development of multiple power systems sub-systems, including solar arrays and custom power systems junction boxes. You will lead a team of 1-3 design engineers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the prototyping and testing phases. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all designs meet safety and performance standards while also aligning with the company's vision for an all-electric transportation ecosystem.

You will collaborate closely with other engineering teams to integrate power systems into the overall vehicle design, addressing challenges related to efficiency and performance. Your hands-on approach will involve initial testing of hardware components, troubleshooting issues, and iterating on designs based on test results. You will also play a key role in project planning and resource allocation, ensuring that your team has the tools and support needed to succeed.
