What you'll do

As a Power Systems Engineer at SpaceX, you will lead the project team, consulting with engineers and contractors throughout the entirety of the engineering process. You will develop and issue detailed drawings and design documentation, ensuring that all project specifications are met. Your role will involve writing and managing construction contracts, as well as resolving any conflicts that arise during the construction phase. You will coordinate with electrical utility providers to guarantee that critical infrastructure receives reliable power service.

You will work closely with various internal customer groups, delivering large capital projects that align with SpaceX's long-term goals. Your responsibilities will also include interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring that all project requirements are understood and met. You will have opportunities to travel and work at other SpaceX facilities as needed, contributing to the company's mission of enabling human life on Mars.
