What you'll do

As a Program Manager at Lightship, you will be the connective tissue across our engineering, product, and operations teams — your role is pivotal in driving the development process from concept to production. You will architect systems that allow us to scale effectively, ensuring that our innovative battery-powered trailer is delivered on time and meets the highest quality standards.

You will lead cross-functional meetings to track project progress, address any roadblocks, and facilitate collaboration among team members — your proactive approach will help identify potential issues before they escalate, allowing for timely resolutions. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining project documentation, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the development lifecycle.

Your role will involve working closely with engineering teams to understand technical requirements and constraints, translating these into actionable project plans — you will ensure that product specifications are met while balancing timelines and resources. Additionally, you will collaborate with product managers to align on product vision and strategy, ensuring that the development process supports our overall goals.
