Who you are

You have a strong background in AI systems and a passion for making models work effectively in production environments. You take ownership of projects, managing them from customer requirements through to delivery and evaluation. You think end-to-end, understanding how data generation, training, alignment, and evaluation interact as a cohesive system. You are pragmatic, prioritizing model quality and customer outcomes over theoretical publications. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to translate customer needs into actionable insights for technical teams and push back when necessary.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the technical owner for enterprise customer post-training projects. You will manage the entire post-training pipeline, ensuring that applied learnings are effectively integrated back into baseline model development. Your work will involve close collaboration with both customers and internal teams, ensuring that the models are adapted and evaluated to meet real-world requirements. You will have the opportunity to shape how applied AI is executed at Liquid AI, contributing to both customer impact and foundational model evolution.
