Who you are

You have a strong background in product design, with a focus on creating intuitive user experiences for complex systems. You dig into user feedback and data to identify what needs to change, iterating on designs until they meet user needs effectively. You thrive in fast-paced environments, time-boxing exploration and building prototypes quickly while adapting to shifting requirements without losing momentum. You think in systems, understanding how various components interact and how permissions, states, errors, and edge cases shape the overall user experience. You possess a solid understanding of frontend constraints, enabling you to collaborate effectively with developers and ensure that your designs are feasible and implementable.

What you'll do

In this role, you'll be responsible for designing intuitive flows for model customization and deployment on the LEAP platform. You'll dive into user feedback to surface experience gaps and work directly with engineers to bring your designs to life. Your work will involve creating design specifications that guide the development process, ensuring that the final product aligns with user needs and expectations. You'll also have the opportunity to define the design language for next-generation AI interfaces, shaping how enterprises experience AI technology. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key, as you'll partner with engineers and product managers to ensure a seamless integration of design and functionality.
