You have a strong background in both manual and automated testing — you've developed and executed comprehensive test cases and test plans for software features and updates. Your experience in QA ensures that you can thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented, and fast-paced agile environment. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of delivering high-quality software solutions.
You are familiar with the Salesforce platform and have experience working in legal technology — your knowledge allows you to contribute effectively to the team and understand the unique challenges of the legal industry. You are a proactive communicator who collaborates well with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality is maintained throughout the development process.
What you'll do
As a QA Engineer at Litify, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our legal software. You will write, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans for new features and product updates. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with developers and product managers to understand requirements and design effective testing strategies. You will also be involved in both manual and automated testing processes to ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality.
