Who you are
You have extensive experience as a Lead Recruiter in a fast-paced environment β you've successfully managed multiple requisitions simultaneously and have a proven track record in sourcing and assessing candidates effectively. Your excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities allow you to build strong relationships with hiring managers across departments. You are adaptable and solutions-oriented, capable of working independently while prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
Desirable
Experience using recruitment tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus, as is familiarity with the legal industry or technology sectors. You thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to delivering exceptional results.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support Litify's full lifecycle recruiting efforts, partnering closely with hiring managers across all departments including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Operations. You will be responsible for understanding open positions and developing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Your role will involve conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
You will also play a key role in enhancing the candidate experience, ensuring that all interactions reflect Litify's commitment to excellence. By leveraging your expertise, you will help shape the future of the team and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
What we offer
This is a temporary contract position with a competitive hourly rate of $60, working 30-40 hours per week. While this role is not eligible for benefits, it provides a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a leading legal technology company.
