You have at least 7 years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on sales hiring and full-cycle recruitment โ you've successfully sourced and engaged passive candidates, building robust talent pipelines for commercial roles. Your expertise in assessing candidates' sales competencies and cultural fit aligns perfectly with Doctolib's values, ensuring that you find the right talent for the team.
You excel at proactive sourcing and have a proven track record of elevating recruiting capabilities through process improvement and mentoring team members on best practices. Your ability to act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, providing market insights and strategic hiring recommendations, sets you apart in the recruitment landscape.
You understand the importance of championing candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey โ ensuring timely communication and feedback is a priority for you. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy partnering closely with Sales Leadership to build high-performing commercial teams.
Desirable
While not mandatory, experience in the healthcare sector or familiarity with the tech industry would be a plus. You are adaptable and open to learning new methodologies in recruitment, which will help you stay ahead in the ever-evolving talent acquisition landscape.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment for sales roles including SDRs, Account Executives, and Sales Managers across Germany. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing to meet current and future hiring needs. You will conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess candidates' sales competencies and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with Doctolib's values.
You will act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, providing market insights, compensation benchmarking, and strategic hiring recommendations. Your role will also involve elevating our recruiting capabilities through process improvement and mentoring team members on sales recruitment best practices. You will champion candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
