What you'll do

As a Salesforce Consultant at Litify, you will be an integral part of our growing Customer Success team. Your primary responsibility will be to work with clients to understand their unique legal operations and how they can best utilize the Salesforce platform to achieve their goals. You will conduct needs assessments, provide tailored recommendations, and implement Salesforce configurations that enhance operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for training clients on the Salesforce platform, ensuring they are equipped to maximize its potential. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into our product development process. You will track project progress and outcomes, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Your insights will help shape the future of our offerings, as you identify trends and opportunities for improvement based on client interactions.
