What you'll do
As a Support Engineer – Tier 1, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with Litify's products. You will engage with customers to understand their issues and provide timely solutions, ensuring a positive experience. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical problems, guiding users through product features, and escalating complex issues to higher-tier support when necessary. You will also contribute to the development of support documentation and resources to enhance the customer experience. Collaborating closely with the Customer Success team, you will help identify common challenges faced by users and work towards improving the overall product experience. Your contributions will play a vital role in helping law firms and legal departments achieve their operational goals through effective use of Litify's platform.
