Your ability to partner with business teams allows you to capture requirements effectively and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

You are skilled in developing and modifying Salesforce objects, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and reports — your attention to detail ensures that all enhancements align with user needs and organizational goals. You understand the importance of user training and support, ensuring high adoption rates and satisfaction among users.

You have a proactive approach to monitoring system performance and data quality — you address issues promptly and refine processes based on user feedback. Your experience with integrations allows you to connect Salesforce with external applications, enhancing functionality and streamlining operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will configure, customize, and extend Salesforce to support new features and enhancements across multiple internal stakeholders. You will partner directly with business teams to capture requirements and document user stories, translating their needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. Your responsibilities will include implementing and maintaining integrations with external applications, such as Outlook and marketing automation tools.

You will develop and modify Salesforce objects, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards to meet ongoing operational needs. Additionally, you will support recruiters in optimizing recruiting workflows and managing candidate applications, ensuring a smooth hiring process.

You will enable communications and investor relations teams to run targeted campaigns and manage events effectively. Providing training, documentation, and day-to-day support to users will be essential to ensure high adoption and satisfaction with the Salesforce platform.
