LivePerson is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary technical owner for a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients. You'll leverage your technical expertise to ensure client success and retention. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and operational leadership.

You have a strong background in technical account management, ideally with experience in enterprise-level client interactions. You excel at building and nurturing executive-level relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to clients. Your ability to understand complex technical solutions and communicate them effectively is key to your success. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement in client implementations, ensuring they derive maximum value from the solutions provided.
You possess advanced technical expertise, which allows you to lead complex projects and drive operational success. Your strategic mindset enables you to align client goals with the capabilities of the Conversational Cloud platform, ensuring that you meet and exceed client expectations. You are comfortable navigating technical discussions and can translate technical concepts into business value for your clients.
Your experience includes working with high-value enterprise clients, particularly in the technology or AI sectors. You understand the nuances of managing client expectations and are adept at handling challenging situations with professionalism and poise. You are results-oriented, focusing on client retention and satisfaction as your primary outcomes.
Desirable
Experience in conversational AI or digital transformation is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics tools. You may have a background in project management or operational leadership, which complements your technical account management skills. A passion for technology and its application in improving business outcomes will set you apart in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the primary technical owner for a dedicated portfolio of high-value enterprise clients, ensuring their success with the Conversational Cloud platform. You will establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as their trusted technical advisor. Your responsibilities will include driving the execution of operational roadmaps, leading complex technical projects, and optimizing client solutions to deliver exceptional business value.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service. This includes coordinating with engineering and product teams to address client feedback and implement necessary changes. You will also be responsible for conducting regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Your role will involve analyzing client data to provide insights and recommendations that enhance their use of the Conversational Cloud platform. You will leverage your technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions that align with client objectives. Additionally, you will play a key role in onboarding new clients, ensuring they have a smooth transition to the platform and understand its capabilities.
