What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Account Manager at NICE, you will engage with customers before they go live on our contact center platform, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation. You will take ownership of the customer relationship for key CX customers, acting as their advocate within the company. Your role will involve resolving complex problems that arise during the customer journey, providing technical support, and ensuring that customers achieve their business goals using our technology.
