Who you are

You are a results-driven Recruiting Specialist with experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly in the logistics or technology sectors. You understand the importance of identifying and attracting top sales and operational talent, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your contributions can make a significant impact. You have a strong ability to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to closing offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the onboarding process. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to build rapport with candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple recruitment efforts simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality in your work.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates for various positions within Loadsmart. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that attract top talent. Your focus will be on high-volume recruitment efforts, ensuring that you meet the hiring goals set by the company.

You will also be responsible for creating a positive candidate experience, guiding candidates through the recruitment process, and providing them with timely feedback. You will utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates. Additionally, you will track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process and ensure that Loadsmart remains competitive in attracting top talent.
