Who you are

You have experience in recruitment, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors, and possess a can-do attitude that drives your success in finding the right talent. Your great interpersonal communication skills allow you to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike, ensuring a smooth hiring process. You are organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple candidates and roles simultaneously while maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You understand the importance of providing an exceptional candidate experience, communicating clearly and promptly throughout the hiring process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will communicate regularly with hiring teams and recruiting leads to provide updates on the interview process. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions that attract top talent. Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach, will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit, ensuring that only the best candidates move forward in the process. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with internal teams will be essential to ensure a seamless process for candidates and stakeholders. You will maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and statuses in our ATS, contributing to the overall recruiting success of the People Operations team.
