Your fluency in German allows you to connect with a diverse customer base, making you an essential part of our onboarding process. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to explain complex concepts in a simple and relatable manner. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that every customer receives the attention they need during their onboarding journey.
What you'll do
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will take ownership of the customer experience from the moment they subscribe to our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to guide customers through the account and connections setup, ensuring they understand how to utilize our features effectively. Post-setup, you will maintain regular contact with customers to follow up on their progress and upsell additional product features that can enhance their experience. You will collaborate closely with other teams to ensure that customer feedback is communicated and addressed, contributing to the continuous improvement of our onboarding process.
