You have a strong background in lifecycle marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS platforms. Your data-driven approach allows you to develop strategies that minimize partner churn and enhance engagement. You understand the importance of collaboration with customer success and product teams to identify early indicators of partner risk. Your experience in executing marketing strategies that drive product adoption and retention is a key asset.
You are passionate about the experiences industry and have a keen understanding of the challenges faced by tour, activity, and rental operators. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights helps you create effective marketing campaigns that resonate with partners. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable working with a global team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy that drives deep partner engagement and accelerates product adoption. You will work closely with the Customer Success and Product teams to identify early indicators of partner risk and implement strategies to minimize churn. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of thousands of businesses within the Peek ecosystem.
You will analyze partner behavior and engagement metrics to refine marketing strategies and ensure long-term retention. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will create targeted campaigns that enhance the partner experience and promote the value of the Peek Pro platform. Your role will involve continuous optimization of marketing efforts based on data insights and feedback from partners.
