What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the technical direction for Loopio's agent platform — you'll define design patterns that ensure reliability and security while also enabling rapid prototyping. You will collaborate closely with Data and ML teams to integrate advanced technologies, such as large language models and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, into agentic workflows.

You will lead the delivery of agent-driven features from concept to launch, ensuring that each feature meets the high standards of quality and performance that Loopio is known for. Your responsibilities will include making architectural decisions that balance innovation with production-scale reliability, mentoring other engineers, and fostering a collaborative engineering culture.
