You have over 7 years of professional software development experience, demonstrating a strong ability to lead and build end-to-end features from scratch. Your expertise includes backend and API development using PHP, Python, or Java, and you possess a solid understanding of frontend technologies, particularly React and JavaScript. You are committed to creating user-centric experiences and proactively build technology to prevent bugs, ensuring high-quality software delivery.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Product Managers and Designers to bring features to life. Your experience as a technical lead is a bonus, as you are comfortable leading technical design discussions and facilitating decision-making processes. You also enjoy mentoring and coaching others, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement within your team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of innovative features for Loopio’s web platform, working cross-functionally with a team of engineers, product managers, and designers. You will gather detailed feedback from customers to iterate on features and ensure they meet user needs. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing scalable backend services, optimizing database design, and ensuring the overall quality of the software through rigorous testing and code reviews. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior developers, helping them grow their skills and contribute effectively to the team.
