You have 5+ years of experience in data science, with a strong background in developing algorithms and models that inform business strategy. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, engineering, and design teams to drive data-driven decision-making. You are comfortable with APIs and have experience integrating data science solutions into existing systems. Your ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders is a key strength, allowing you to advocate for data-driven approaches across the organization. You are passionate about using data to improve operational efficiency and deliver measurable value to partners.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead data science projects across the Lyft Business product suite, shaping the vision and defining the roadmap for initiatives that accelerate growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build models and experimentation frameworks that inform strategy and enhance product offerings. Your work will involve developing advanced analytics solutions that address key business challenges and improve customer experiences.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions that leverage machine learning and statistical analysis. Lyft offers a competitive salary range of $148,000 - $185,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
