What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Golden Path Team, you will lead a talented group of engineers dedicated to enhancing the rider experience at Lyft. Your responsibilities will include mentoring your team, helping them develop their careers, and assigning projects that align with their skills and professional goals. You will provide continuous feedback and address performance issues, ensuring that each team member feels valued and recognized for their contributions.

You will collaborate closely with product managers to create roadmaps that balance resource allocation and project timelines. Your role will involve maintaining a focus on building sustainable, high-impact projects while also ensuring that your team can ship code quickly and efficiently. You will be a thought partner in shaping UX and features, working alongside cross-functional partners to deliver initiatives that have a significant impact on the business.

What we offer

Lyft offers a competitive salary range for this position in the San Francisco area, with compensation between $176,000 and $220,000, not including potential equity offerings, bonuses, or benefits.
