What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Developer Workflows team at Lyft, you will lead a talented group of engineers responsible for building and maintaining critical infrastructure that enhances developer productivity. You will play a key role in shaping the team’s vision and supporting their growth while delivering impactful solutions that streamline workflows. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development of CI systems used by all of Lyft engineering, ensuring their reliability and effectiveness.

You will collaborate closely with AI infrastructure teams to leverage their foundational solutions, integrating them into your team's workflows to provide first-class AI solutions. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the team’s technical direction and ensuring that they remain focused on delivering high-quality code and maintaining a healthy codebase.

In this role, you will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team.
