You have extensive experience as a technical expert in HR technology, particularly with Workday HCM — you've successfully defined technical roadmaps and architectures that drive business transformation. Your strong compliance and security mindset allows you to navigate complex integrations, especially during M&A activities, ensuring that all solutions are built for scale and security.
You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering closely with teams across People, Finance, IT, and Security — your ability to communicate effectively and advocate for customer needs enhances team effectiveness and project outcomes. You are a mentor at heart, guiding others while leading large projects from inception to execution.
What you'll do
In this high-impact role, you will define the technical roadmap and architecture for the Workday HCM platform — your expertise will guide the team in owning complex configurations and integrations. You will play a critical role in M&A integrations, ensuring that the global workforce is supported through seamless technology solutions. Your work will involve collaborating with various teams to deliver compliant and secure solutions that meet business goals.
