What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the optimal function of the organization's HR and financial information systems. This includes installing, implementing, modifying, and upgrading software applications to meet changing business needs. You will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to HR and finance staff, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership and HR teams to identify necessary improvements and enhancements to existing services and databases. Your role will also involve programming custom functions and documentation, such as automated queries and reports, to streamline processes and improve data accessibility. You will be the go-to person for recruitment tools, ensuring they are effectively utilized and continuously improved. Your contributions will have a significant impact on the overall efficiency of the People Technology Team at N26.
