What you'll do

As a Senior Engineering Manager at Malt, you will lead the Matching and Sourcing squads, composed of 8-10 engineers. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the delivery and performance of your teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet the high standards expected by our users. You will play a key role in defining and implementing our technical strategy, driving project timelines, and fostering a high-performing and collaborative engineering environment.

You will work closely with product teams to shape the product experience that hundreds of thousands of freelancers rely on. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the development of our AI search and ATS systems, which are central to our staffing flow. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, helping them grow in their careers and achieve their professional goals.
