You are a Senior Product Designer with a passion for transforming complex workflows into elegant, intuitive experiences. With a sharp eye for quality, you thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineers and product teams to bring ideas to life. Your experience includes creating crisp mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that enhance user experience. You have a strong understanding of design systems and are eager to guide and inspire fellow designers through feedback and collaborative critique. You are also involved in hiring, helping to find the next great talent for the team.

What you'll do

At Maple, you will own projects from the first sketch to the shipped product, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to drive roadmap projects from idea to launch. You will spot opportunities to refine the core user experience and eliminate any friction points that slow users down. Your role will involve creating mockups and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas, as well as building and evolving design system components for speed and consistency. You will also play a key role in hiring new designers, ensuring that the team continues to grow with top talent.
