Who you are

You have a strong background in product design, with experience in creating user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience. You understand the importance of collaboration and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to bring your designs to life. You are resourceful and thrive in fast-paced environments, ready to tackle challenges head-on.

You are proficient in design tools such as Figma, and you have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of your design is polished and user-friendly. You are passionate about leveraging design to solve complex problems and improve user interactions with products. You are also open to feedback and continuously seek to improve your skills and designs.

What you'll do

As a Product Designer at Tandem, you will play a crucial role in defining how the company builds and scales its platform. You will work across the entire product surface area, from patient-facing applications to enterprise tools for pharmaceutical companies. Your designs will directly impact how users interact with the platform, and you will be a strategic partner across the business, ensuring that design considerations are integrated into product development.

You will collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions. You will conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform your design decisions. Your role will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate your vision clearly to stakeholders.
