What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing data migration strategies that facilitate the adoption of Mark43's systems by various agencies. You will work closely with project managers and technical teams to understand the specific data requirements and ensure that migrations are completed on time and within scope. Your role will involve analyzing existing data structures, mapping data to new formats, and performing data cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency.

You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining documentation related to data migration processes, which will serve as a reference for future migrations and help in training new team members. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders will be essential, as you will need to provide updates on migration progress and address any concerns that may arise during the process.

Additionally, you will participate in post-migration reviews to assess the success of the migration and identify areas for improvement. This feedback will be invaluable in refining migration strategies and enhancing the overall customer experience.
