What you'll do

As a Data Migrations Specialist, you will act as the primary voice of the Data Migrations team, working closely with current and new Stripe users to ensure their migration processes are smooth and efficient. You will execute migrations for a variety of Stripe users, providing insights and recommendations tailored to each user's specific migration use-case. This involves partnering with external third-parties and internal stakeholders, including engineering, go-to-market teams, professional services, and product teams.

Your role will require you to demonstrate strong technical acumen and ownership, as you will be responsible for managing multiple migration engagements simultaneously. You will proactively identify and solve problems for users as they arise, ensuring that all data transfers are secure and completed on time. Your collaboration with partner teams will be crucial in quickly addressing any issues and enhancing the overall migration experience for users.
