Mark43 is hiring a Senior Solutions Architect (Infrastructure) to design and advise on critical infrastructure supporting their product. This role is remote and open to candidates in various U.S. states, Canada, and the UK.

What you'll do
As a Senior Solutions Architect at Mark43, you will be the go-to expert for designing and advising on the infrastructure that supports critical interfaces and identity management for the Mark43 product. You will collaborate closely with the Integrations Architecture team to ensure that the infrastructure aligns with the company's mission to empower communities and their governments through technology. Your role will involve assessing current systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance system performance and security.
You will also engage with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your insights will guide the development of scalable and robust infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of first responders and other users. You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of the team and mentoring junior architects to foster their growth and development.
