Marqeta is hiring an Enterprise Risk Management Lead to shape how the company identifies and monitors risk. You'll lead the design of a modern ERM framework and utilize advanced analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau. This role requires strong leadership in risk management.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in enterprise risk management, with experience in developing and implementing risk frameworks that align with industry standards such as COSO. Your ability to translate complex risks into actionable insights is key to your success in this role. You are skilled in facilitating risk workshops and have a keen eye for identifying emerging threats across various domains including technology, finance, and operations.
You are proficient in using advanced visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau to track Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and maintain an Enterprise Risk Register. Your analytical mindset allows you to detect early warning signs and operationalize risk treatment programs effectively. You have experience implementing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems and AI-powered tools for real-time anomaly detection.
What you'll do
As the Enterprise Risk Management Lead at Marqeta, you will lead the development and maturation of the ERM framework, ensuring it is robust and aligns with industry best practices. You will facilitate enterprise-wide risk workshops to identify and assess risks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive risk management.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining the Enterprise Risk Register, tracking KRIs, and preparing quarterly risk dashboards for senior management. You will also define and operationalize risk treatment programs, including remediation and acceptance processes. Your role will involve assisting in the implementation of GRC system solutions and leveraging AI tools for automated risk reporting.
