Who you are

You are a confident and hands-on Paid Social specialist with significant experience managing complex accounts, either in-house or in an agency environment. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can take ownership from day one, operating independently with minimal oversight. Your expertise in performance marketing allows you to deliver effective results and drive change within the organization.

You have a strong understanding of integrated full-funnel campaigns, focusing on awareness, prospecting, and retargeting. Your analytical mindset enables you to actively collaborate with data teams to refine existing and evolving KPI and metric frameworks. You are skilled at briefing and iterating creative concepts with internal partners based on performance and audience insights.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day Paid Social channel activities, ensuring effective performance across campaigns. You will manage and optimize budgets, focusing on efficiency and delivery against key performance indicators and results. Your responsibilities will include executing integrated campaigns that span the entire funnel, from awareness to retargeting.

You will actively collaborate with the data team to support the setup and execution of incrementality or lift testing, ensuring that all marketing efforts are data-driven and results-oriented. Your ability to analyze performance metrics will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and optimizing campaign strategies.
