What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns across social and display channels. You will shape growth roadmaps and ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the company's objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of two executives, guiding them in their professional development while fostering a high-performing team culture. You will analyze campaign performance data to derive insights and make informed decisions that drive growth.
You will collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing Channels Lead to ensure that all campaigns are executed flawlessly and meet financial governance standards. Your role will also involve building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to align marketing efforts with broader business goals. You will be responsible for continuously optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics and market trends, ensuring that Moonpig remains at the forefront of the online gifting revolution.
