Overview

Farfetch is seeking an Interim Performance Marketing Manager to define and execute global customer acquisition strategies. You'll work with Display and Paid Social channels, leveraging skills in Google Ads and Analytics. This role requires a proven track record in performance marketing.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in performance marketing, specifically across Display and Paid Social channels β€” your experience has equipped you with the skills to develop and implement effective customer acquisition strategies. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a supportive and motivated team.

Your ability to communicate ideas clearly and manage change is essential β€” you are comfortable leading direct reports and possess a strong sense of ownership over your marketing activities. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are passionate about leveraging analytics to drive results.

Desirable

Experience in the luxury fashion industry is a plus, as is familiarity with various marketing tools and platforms. You are adaptable and open to learning new strategies that can enhance customer engagement and retention.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for defining, managing, and executing the global customer acquisition strategy β€” focusing on retaining existing customers while acquiring new ones. You will collaborate closely with product and analytics teams to drive the marketing product strategy and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

You will analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI β€” your insights will help shape future marketing initiatives and improve customer experiences. Reporting directly to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in advancing the marketing channels and contributing to the overall success of the team.
